EDGE certification is a green building certification system focused on making buildings more resource-efficient and to attain Zero Carbon buildings of every type, everywhere.
EDGE enables developers and builders to quickly identify the most cost-effective strategies to reduce energy use, water use and embodied energy in materials. GPFI, as an EDGE Auditor, verifies the strategies integrated into the project design.

Trinity Towers has successfully scaled through 2 physical audits and is proceeding to the Final Project Certification.
Standard Chartered Bank
A 13 Storey commercial building development in VI, Lagos; having green features integrated from the Project Design phase. SCB HQ Project will be securing its post-construction stage green building achievement and with the target of achieving EDGE Advance Certified Building meeting the IFC EDGE Advanced rating of 40% reduction in Energy consumption, Water resources use by design and operations.
Imani Housing Estate
A 7-storey residential building development in VI, Lagos; having green features integrated from the Project Design phase. Imani Project will be securing the Preliminary Certification for its Design stage green measure achievement and is aimed at achieving EDGE Advance Certified Building meeting the IFC EDGE Advanced rating of 40% reduction in Energy consumption, Water resources use by design and operations..
