Globalpfi Ghana was incorporated in May, 2017 with office in Accra, the capital of Ghana. It has four shareholders/directors in the persons of Jerry Amegashie who doubles as the Managing Director, Edward Nyarko, Dr. MKO Balogun and Tolani Jemi Alade.

Though relatively new on the facilities management scene as a company, the directors individually have about 10 to 15 years of experience. in fields related directly to making sure buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them

As a company our aim is to focus on reliable delivery of support services for the organisation that we serve, this is achieved through the effective and efficient integration of the people, systems, place, process and technology.

OUR PEOPLE

1. Jerry M. Amegashie is the Managing Director at Global PFI (Ghana) Limited. He holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from GIMPA, Accra. Diploma in Estate Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. A member of Ghana Institution of Surveyors.

He has sixteen years’ experience in real estate valuation, estate management and construction management. He was instrumental in the valuation of some major Ghana Government companies for privatization, GOIL and Electricity Company of Ghana.

Prior to founding Proactive Limited, a general real estate services company, He worked with AGU Construction Company, Campbell-Dom Developers, Propicon Chartered Surveyors.

He is currently pursuing a BSc Estate Management program at University College of Estate Management, Reading UK.

2. Edward Nyarko is Director at Global PFI (Ghana) Limited. He holds an Executive Master in Business Administration (Finance Option) from University of Ghana Business, Post-Graduate Diploma in Real Estate, Construction and Affordable Housing from Institute of Housing Studies, Rotterdam and BSc. Building Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. He is a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and a member of International Facilities Management Association.

Prior to joining Ghana Home Loans Limited, he worked with A.C.P Estates Pokuase, G. Ampofo & Partners, HFC Investment Services Limited, HFC Realty Limited and UT Properties Limited and Rehoboth Properties Limited.

With twenty years’ experience in quantity surveying, project management and facilities management he has played a key role in setting up profitable property development, project management and facilities management companies.
