MKO holds an MBA from Lagos Business School of Pan African University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, B.Eng. (Hons) from Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He has over 19 years working experience in various capacities covering general management, Customer Service, Manufacturing, After sales, Sales/Marketing, Project and Facilities Management , and industries like Vehicle Assembly Plant; vehicle dealership; Security Company; Fast Food, Banking and aviation sectors of the Nigerian economy, making him a fully rounded professional in both private and public sectors.

 

He is a member of COREN; Nigerian Society of Engineers; Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Mechanical Engineers; Institute of Management Consultants; Nigerian Institute of Management and a fellow of Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria and Institute of Administration and also a member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Nigerian Chapter, he holds the prestigious CERTIFIED FACILITIES MANAGER (CFM) one of the few in Nigeria and among the 3000 people in the world with the certification he also holds the Facilities Management Professional (FMP) Certification.

OLAIDE SAMI VICTORIA, is a passionate driven team player with a plethora of experience garnered at the various management roles she has taken charge of in the Facility Management spectra.

Her enthusiasm to improve working processes for achieving quality results does not end as a catchphrase, with her years of managing accounts such as Procter and Gamble, Bristow, General Electric and MTN working in GPFI. She has served in positions such as Procurement Manager, Planning Manager, ISO Co-ordinator, Operations Manager, Marketing Manager and so much more accumulating in achieving 18% increments year-on-year (procurement), 100% bids achievements (BD), saving 15% annually in facility management budgets (contract manager), etc. Recognized by peers and awarded Best Manager and Best Head of Department by GPFI, this lady is a powerhouse to have at your corner.

He is highly motivated, deadline committed, team and sole player, service-oriented  mindset and goal driven. He has Higher National Diploma (HND) and B.Sc. in accounting from Osun State Polytechnics Iree Osun State and Babcock University Ilisan Remo, Ogun State respectively. He is an associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)

He has served in various capacities in previous companies and project accountant in the organization before he assumed the current position. He is happily married with kid.

Possesses the ability of implementing solutions strategically to meet changing business needs. Has ability to build key relationships and communicate well with stakeholders. A Graduate of Communications Technology (Hons), Information Technology service Management with ITIL, website design / Development, Cpanel administration, proficiency in Apache server. Developing automations and solutions to enable cost savings and efficiency in operations. Proficient in frontend and backend programming (web and mobile development) – HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Bootstrap, react native, PHP and mysql. Has proficiency in IT Security, network security via web filtering, email filtering, firewall, endpoint security and application restriction.

She loves to support causes that has to do with ethical practices n the supply chain profession.
