Adedoyin Adeyinka

Chairman

Adedoyin has over 25 years post graduate work experience across several sectors including Energy and Shipping. He is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology Akure and has his MBA from the Lagos Business School. He has also attended the Senior Executive Programme of the London Business School. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Acorn Petroleum Plc and sits on the board of several public and private companies including Premier Paints Plc, TGHL Capital Ltd and Navitus Marine Ltd.

Joseph Olusegun Ajanlekoko

Director

Mr. Joseph Olusegun Ajanlekoko is currently the President of the Commonwealth Association of Surveying and Land Economy (CASLE), a body for all Surveying professionals in the Commonwealth established in 1969.

He is a Past President of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) (2002-2004)

He is a Past President of Africa Association of Quantity Surveyors (AAQS) (2005-2008)

He is a Past President of the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN) (2010-2012)

He is a Fellow of The Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS)

He is a Fellow of The Society of Construction Industry Arbitrators (SCIAB)

He is a Fellow of The Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

Among his numerous awards are the following:

In 2001, he was listed as one of the 500 Leaders of Influence by the American Biographic Institute USA.

He was also listed as one of the 2000 outstanding intellectuals of the 20th Century by the International Biographical Centre Cambridge in UK.

Recognition by Construction Industry Digest Forum as one of Nigerian’s Top 100

Development Professionals and Industry Leaders during the celebration of 100 years of Nigeria Nationhood.

Award of Excellence by Lagos State Housing Fair in May 2008 for meritorious contribution to the growth of the Nigeria Housing industry.

Dr. Kwame Nkrumah Outstanding Merit Award in April 2004 in recognition of his contributions and achievement in his field of endeavor.

He was awarded the ICEC Distinguished International Fellowship (DIF) Award at the 11th ICEC World Congress & 22nd PAQS Congress, 18 th – 20 th October 2018, Sydney, Australia.

DEFINING MOMENTS

He was invited by Her Royal Majesty the Queen to a Luncheon at St Georges Palace in London for Leaders of the Commonwealth Non-Governmental Professional Bodies in 2015.

Mr. Ajanlekoko is a highly resource person, who has written and delivered over 100 technical papers.

He is also a joint Author of the first Construction Cost Information Price Book in Nigeria.

Mr. Joseph Olusegun Ajanlekoko is the Managing Partner of ‘’Construction Economists Partnership Limited (CEP)’’, one of the foremost Cost Management and Quantity Surveying Consultancy firms established in 1986.

He is happily married to Ninilola and are blessed with 3 boys and 1 girl.

Olu Onakoya

Director

FORMER CHAIRMAN/MANAGING DIRECTOR MOBIL OIL NIGERIA plc

 

Olu Onakoya was born in Lagos and was educated at Government College Ibadan (GCI) where he obtained the West African School Certificate in 1969 and the Cambridge Higher School Certificate in 1971. In September 1972, he won a Federal Government of Nigeria scholarship to study chemical engineering at the University of Leeds, England and qualified in 1976.

 

Olu joined Mobil Oil Nigeria plc in 1977 as an Engineering Trainee. He had a varied career involving assignments in Terminal operations, lubricants, plastic container and insecticide manufacturing, corporate planning, building construction, facilities management, human resources, marketing and business leadership.

 

On April 1, 2004 Olu Onakoya became the Chairman/Managing Director of Mobil Oil Nigeria plc. By this appointment, he became the first Nigerian to head the multinational Company since its inception in 1907. He retired voluntarily in October 2008 after 31 years of service.

 

Olu strongly believes in the enormous potential of Nigeria and the capability of its citizens to lift the country to the highest standards of excellence. To him, Nigerians must perform to global standards of ethics and integrity in business conduct and governance to enjoy respect within the international community.

 

He joined the Board of Global Property & Facilities International Limited January, 2016

Nkeakam Abhulimen

Director

NKEAKAM ABHULIMEN, B.Sc, Sociology & Anthropology, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She has acquired over 20 years’ experience in different sectors, out of which she has 15 years’ experience in the telecommunication environment. Her experience cuts across Office Administration, Value Added Services, Vendor Management, Product Development, Customer Care, Event Management, Relationship, Retention and Project Management. Nkeakam Abhulimen is also a Board Member of other organizations. She is happily married with three children.

Tunde Disu

Director

Tunde Disu is an Engineer and has held a Senior Management positions for the last 25 years.

 

His professional career started with Plessis in the UK, later with Siemens before joining Philips Electronics of the Netherlands (N.V.). During this period, he acquired extensive professional experience in diverse fields including Broadcasting, Information Communicating Technology, Manufacturing Process, Healthcare and Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Projects. This international exposure provided him opportunities to participate at major international postgraduate training on Engineering, Marketing and Business Management. The multinational environment sharpened his professional knowledge and cross cultural issues locally and abroad.

 

In 1991 as CEO, he was charged with the responsibility of pioneering a new company, PPC (Philips Projects Centre) by Philips N.V. This new company was specifically tasked with providing turnkey solution for multi-disciplinary projects for ICT, Telecommunications and Healthcare Projects. The company today, employs over 350 staff with 80% possessing Engineering and Technical skills. Recently, He led the Management Buy-Out (MBO) of the company for the acquisition of majority equity participation and currently serves as the Executive Chairman. In addition, he presently sits as Director on the boards of several Local and International Companies.

Mutalib Ismail

Director

Mutalib Ismail, is a professional banker. His career has spanned 19 years with 10 years in Senior Management engagements working in Nigeria and offshore operations. His experience cuts across Treasury and International Banking, Trade, Corporate & Structured Finance, which he acquired working with EcoBank Nigeria, Ecobank Liberia, Access Bank and Keystone Bank. Mutalib holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Federal University of Technology Minna. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and a fellow of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. Mutalib has attended several courses covering Management Development Programs and Leadership & Strategy Programs. Mutalib ismail is from Kwara State and was born on November 23 rd , 1972.

Dr MKO Balogun

MD/CEO

MKO holds an MBA from Lagos Business School of Pan African University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, B.Eng. (Hons) from Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He has over 19 years working experience in various capacities covering general management, Customer Service, Manufacturing, After sales, Sales/Marketing, Project and Facilities Management , and industries like Vehicle Assembly Plant; vehicle dealership; Security Company; Fast Food, Banking and aviation sectors of the Nigerian economy, making him a fully rounded professional in both private and public sectors.

 

He is a member of COREN; Nigerian Society of Engineers; Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Mechanical Engineers; Institute of Management Consultants; Nigerian Institute of Management and a fellow of Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria and Institute of Administration and also a member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Nigerian Chapter, he holds the prestigious CERTIFIED FACILITIES MANAGER (CFM) one of the few in Nigeria and among the 3000 people in the world with the certification he also holds the Facilities Management Professional (FMP) Certification.
