GlobalPFI Cameroon was incorporated in June 28th, 2017 with its office in Douala. It benefits from the Global PFI’s group experience in the facility management industry and a country management team of Directors who individually have about 10 to 15 years of industry experience. As a company, GPFI Cameroon aims to focus on reliable delivery of support services for the organisation that it serves. This is achieved through the effective and efficient integration of people, systems, place, process and technology.

Paul is the Director of GPFI Cameroon and also the Coordinator of the Central Africa Backbone (CAB) Project for Cameroon office financed by African Development BANK, which is in charge of the regional interconnexion of the Fiber Optic infrastructures for the Central African countries. He is a Senior Telecommunication’s Engineer with a great experience in Facility Management from his previous position in MTN Cameroon from 2010 to 2016, where he held successively the position of Network Implementation Senior Manager and then Capital Project Group (CPG) Senior Manager. Under this leadership, MTN facility team acquired and built around 500 plots, built or refurbished many regional offices and service centers as well as maintaining them. With the change of company strategy from operate to outsource, he leads the outsourcing process for Facilities Management, Network maintenance and the Site Property Transfer. Before joining MTN Cameroon, Pierre has a rich experience as the operation and maintenance manager for Telecommunications and Power systems for CAMTEL Mobile Company.

Zra has acquired a great experience by leading various projects and program in infrastructure deployment in MTN Cameroon for over 17 years. As a skilled professional who demonstrated an excellent team player and oriented to achieve excellent results and stakeholders’ satisfaction, he has been leading the critical programs management for MTN like the building of WACS (West African Cable System) landing station as well as being member of the ARR (Assignment, Routing and Restoration committee) in the WACS consortium. Zra has been working as maintenance and quality engineer in the Switching subsystems for CAMTEL from 1998 to 2000. Prior to join GPFI Cameroon, Zra was a Managing Director of REVA CONSULTING company, an SME with focus on civil work, drilling and energy maintenance. Zra is a senior Telecommunication Engineer and is a member of PMI Cameroon Chapter, PMI Global and member of Cameroon Chamber of Surveyors and Adjusters.
