GlobalPFI Malawi was incorporated on 29th January 2024 with its office in Lilongwe. It benefits from the Global PFI’s group experience in the facility management industry and a management team of Directors who individually have about 15 to 20 years of experience in real estate services. As a company, GPFI Malawi aims to focus on reliable delivery of support services for the organisation that it serves. This is achieved through the effective and efficient integration of people, systems, place, process and technology.

QS Martin is a registered Quantity Surveyor with seventeen (18) years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Real Estate and Executive Management. QS Martin is the immediate past President of the Surveyors Institute of Malawi. He is also a non-executive Board Member for ICAM Investments Limited and also a Board Member of William Murray Secondary School. Martin previously served as Managing Director for Knight Frank Malawi Limited and General Manager for Press Properties Limited. He was the founding head of Eris Properties Malawi Limited and a long-time property investment analyst and Infrastructure Manager with NICO Asset Managers.
