GPFI Mauritius (Properties and Facilities Global International Ltd) was officially incorporated on August 23, 2024. The leadership team comprises of Veerprakash Sadeo, as the Country Director and CEO, Yashveer Golaram, as the Chief Operating Officer, and Dr. MKO Balogun, as a member of the Board of Directors.*

Veerprakash Sadeo is a highly experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of expertise and 8 years in project management, he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Professional Quantity Surveying Council (PQSC). Sadeo has been involved in a wide array of construction projects including hotels, industrial and commercial buildings, and civil infrastructure works. He is also active in arbitration and litigation, often serving as an expert witness in construction-related disputes.

His professional journey is distinguished by leadership roles, having served as the president of both the RICS National Association and the Mauritius Association of Quantity Surveyors (MAQS). His leadership extends to being a board member of the Construction Industry Development Board and a representative of the Southern Region in the Africa Association of Quantity Surveyors. Known for his attention to detail, strategic planning, and organizational skills, Sadeo is fluent in both French and English, adding to his effectiveness in diverse professional environments.
