  • Global PFI appointed as the Facility Manager for Stallion Plaza.

Global Property & Facilities International Ltd, Lagos has been appointed as the facility managers for Union Bank Head office (Stallion Plaza) in Lagos. This followed her successful participation in the tender process with several other major competitors in the industry. Stallion plaza is a 28 story building of 407 ft. located on Broad Street Lagos Island.

Global PFI was appointed due to her experience and proven track record in managing similar commercial buildings, an in-depth understanding of Union Bank’s requirement and           her proposition for the provision of the best solution to meet the banks objectives.

Dr. MKO Balogun, MD/CEO of the organisation, said, “We are indeed delighted to be given the opportunity to contribute to the rebranding of the bank through the effective management of iconic stallion plaza”.

  • Global PFI appointed as the Facility Manager for Bank of Industry, Abuja.

Following the rigorous tendering process by Bank of Industry, Global Property & Facilities International Ltd has been appointed the Facility Managers for their Abuja building.  Bank of Industry’s building in Abuja is a 14 storey multi-tenanted Class A commercial building located at CBD Abuja with 6,750 sqm lettable space.

Global PFI’s proposals on accountability, effective and professional management of the building won her the bid.

The MD/CEO of Global PFI stated that “we are delighted and excited to be appointed the Facility Manager of the building, one of the best built, commercial focused, government parastatal building in Nigeria. Our client, Bank of Industry will not have any cause to regret their decision”- Dr. MKO Balogun.

  • Global PFI appointed as the Facility Manager role for Schlumberger offices in Lagos.

Global Property & Facilities International Ltd has been appointed the Facility Managers for Schlumberger’s offices in Lagos. This announcement was made 6th November, 2015 following the review of all competitive submission from three tenderers.

Global PFI is proud of this contract award and is committed to justifying the confidence reposed by the management of SLB on her.

 

  • Global PFI appointed as the Facility Manager role for the newly opened Festival Mall, Festac town, Lagos

 

Following the completion of one of the best malls in the mainland of Lagos, UPDC deemed it fit to appoint a professional Facility Manager to manage the mall, Global Property and Facilities International Limited meet all the criteria to be appointed as the Facility Manager for the Festival Mall in Festac Lagos.

Global PFI’s proposal was adjudged the best due to its detailed understanding of the expectation of the client, her expertise, quality of the team to be deployed, not forgetting  her hands on management approach to providing FM services to the highest level with top management involvement to mention a few.
