PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Coordinate site activities and manage contract portfolio effectively for smooth operations, timely deliverables, planning, monitoring & management of facility and efficient management of budgets & SLA to reduce site Operations cost to 65/75% of Contract Budget and ensure management experience in handling site resources Attain 0 level of client dissatisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract reporting representative Contract Vendor Management Overall responsibility to the Assistant Contract Manager, Vendor and Admin Contract SLA achievement Contract Team Management Strategic direction for contract Maintain operation and technical documentation of Site Forward TSM ‘s Site request approval is to Procurement and Finance for process Liaise with the procurement department on request and supply of materials to site based on specifications and requirement. Review and approve major technical task/project before Client Inspection Responsible for continuous review of Direct reports performance JDs, KPIs, Company internal Process, Performance standard to clearly defined deliverables and ensure company requirement in terms of technical operations, service delivery, qualities of work and Client satisfaction upon Service delivery and make valid recommendation to HR Develop Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Schedule and drive all maintenance process for sites plants and equipment based on their peculiarities to ensure preventive maintenance are carried out and strictly adhered across the Business. Organize Monthly, Quarterly and Bi-yearly Appraisal for Direct reports to measure sound deliverables and consistent track record for added value to Client facilities and operations Ensure effective site management through regular meetings and team bonding with Direct reports Ensure management experience in handling resource utilization, cost attainment, quality, delivery and Budget Support and interface with client’s facility department or Manager to ensure efficient & smooth operations of facility in accordance to client’s operations standard and procedures Monitor invoicing process to ensure project maintain best possible cash flow and correct all variation timely to ensure cash collection/payments in a timely manner Ensure that Reports fully understand contractual commitment to client and deliver accordingly. Use Performance management technique to monitor & demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and lead on improvement Review request specification with procurement to procure right. HSE Compliance through Assistant Contract manager where available if not directly
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Six (6) or more years’ experience in the role Experience in a service industry required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Engineering Membership of professional bodies (Engineering and Facilities Management)
