RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting Responsibilities
Responsibility for the raising of quotes,
Weekly, monthly site financial reports as defined by
finance department; monitor and report on approval of quotes sent to client;
Submit and follow up on invoices sent to client and
ensure payment is received
Ensure processing of all vendor invoices and follow-
up for payment
Follow-up and collect WHT credit notes from clients
Customer Service Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate response and close-out of all
clients’ requests and escalations
All daily, weekly, monthly client’s requests tracking reports
Quarterly client survey
HR Responsibilities
Proper staff records
Ensure staff attendance is reported to HR team on a monthly
basis
Handle all employee related issues on site and revert to Head
office where needed
Operations Responsibilities
Follow-up and ensure implementation of site PPM
Proper site record keeping
Monthly PPM tracking report
Procurement Responsibilities
Stock management
Materials request management
ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIORAL TRAITS
Very proficient with the use of Microsoft office and other basic application
Required skills – listening, communication, team work, project management
Numerical and accounting skills are very vital for the role
Very good interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to deal with tight timelines, multiple priorities, and demanding customers
Work experience requirements
3 years experience in an Accounting/service role.
Education requirements
Minimum of a first degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Admin
Professional certification minimum of AAT also an advantage
Willingness to undertake further study in accounting
Proficiency in intermediate Excel and Accounting software
Any customer service training will be an advantage
