GPFI has won the City People Award, the best Real Estate Services company of the year 2021
The Group Chief Executive Officer, Global Property & Facilities International Limited, (GPFI), Dr. MKO Balogun, gave the advice at the launch of GPFI security solutions and services for residential, industrial, retail and organisations in Lagos.
The initiative was in partnership with Tech Eco, a global security solution provider. Some of the security equipment highlighted include, smart home solutions, multi-level car park and vehicle management solutions in residential and commercial outlets, security control camera, video surveillance system, elevator control system, home automation solutions and baggage inspection scanner and access control solutions, among others.
He said professionals in the industry need to take security beyond the rudimentary level of using guards at the gate but see it as integrated with more investments in new technology.
An expert in real estate has said that for the industry to grow and contribute more to national development there is an urgent need for restructuring, not by the government but by practitioners themselves.
